Had dinner May 16th 2024 while visiting Japan from Canada; first time and all was great. We were staying in Osaka, but made the journey to Kobe for the true Kobe steak experience (about 35 mins by cab). We have had Wagyu A5 beef in Vancouver and Las Vegas before, but really wanted to have it in Kobe Japan. I especially noticed the difference at Koujyu, in quality compared to the previous dinners. The Premium Kobe Beef Chateaubriand was our choice as we were in Kobe of course. Truly the best A5 steak we have ever had. Our chef Yoshida and all the staff were the best and very, very helpful. They also helped us out with our Japanese language and proper pronunciation of words!!
It is experiences like this which is why we love to travel. Truly a highlight of our trip to Japan. Thank you so much for our world class Kobe A5 steak dinner !!!!!
