We had the premium Kobe beef selection and it was absolutely amazing. Shuhei Yoshida (吉田 周平) was our chef and he was extremely friendly and skilled behind the grill.

The chef recommended Prime kobe beef sirloin and Kobe beef tender red meat. These steaks are supposed to be a5 quality. However the meat did not feel a5 quality when eaten. There are bits in the steak that can't be chewed properly and had to spit it out. Not sure if this is really A5 Kobe.
