Chefs Kohama-San and Yoshimoto-San were amazing and friendly. Yoshimoto-San took over for Kohama-San when he went on break. I don’t know what he did to the meat while grilling, but it was delicious. There’s also different combinations you can make with the sauces. We each got 220 grams of sirloin set b (which included a roast beef appetizer and beef curry) but ended up adding on another 330 grams to share. I’m not going to lie, it was a little too much given how rich the meat is. The last four pieces were a battle. We succeeded but at what cost.. we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Kobe. It was an unforgettable experience.
