Came here on Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't busy. First, the service was top notch, Kosaka-san is very friendly and guided me through the menu and how to eat what I ordered.
I personally like to dip the meat in salt only as it really helps to enhance the taste of the Kobe beef.
Definitely recommended. Would love to come here again when I'm coming back to Kobe.
