I went during lunch hours, they had a big group and a few other people but the staff was amazing and kind. Very attentive. I knew very little Japanese but even then the lady knew some English, if not I used a translating app. Every bite was amazing, great flavor and tenderness. If you have a chance to go I definitely recommend.
