I went with the tender cut lunch box. My favourite combination was beef, salt, wasabi, egg and a little bit of rice. The flavour just came out extremely well. This is the beef meal I’ve been looking for since coming to Japan!!!! Kosaka was our server, she explained the different cuts with a cow model so it was easy to understand even with the language difference. At the end she gave us a sticker, origami crane and card for the restaurant so we can have a keep sake (we’re doing a scrap book so this was +++). Thank you!!
