Chef Hiroshi Hinokami brings an unparalleled passion when presenting his lifelong craft for cooking to those fortunate enough to sit in this quaint, atmospheric restaurant. Smooth jazz accompanies you as you sit back in comfortable leather chairs, as the beautifully marbled meats sear and sizzle, the tantalizing aromas of fat renders into a delicate smoke until you’re presented with the perfectly crusted end product: an exquisite cut of glistening, browned Wagyu. Please do yourself a favor and spend a worthwhile hour in this restaurant to honor the decades of which chef Hiroshi Hinokami dedicated to perfecting his culinary skill.
