Smooth jazz accompanies you as you sit back in comfortable leather chairs, as the beautifully marbled meats sear and sizzle, the tantalizing aromas of fat renders into a delicate smoke until you’re presented with the perfectly crusted end product: an exquisite cut of glistening, browned Wagyu. Please do yourself a favor and spend a worthwhile hour in this restaurant to honor the decades of which chef Hiroshi Hinokami dedicated to perfecting his culinary skill.
