Hiroshi was our chef and was incredibly friendly and personable, he truly made our experience. Two of us ordered Kobe Beef Tender Red Meat while the other ordered the Red Meat. Each one was grilled to perfection and had such a yummy natural flavor. Condiments (i.e salt, wasabi, and a kobe sauce) were provided, however, I found the meat to taste best on its own or with the smallest bit of salt. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting !
