11時開店に合わせて予約せずに伺いましたが、入ることができました！
少し早かったのですが外が暑かったからか、店内で待たせてもらいました。
赤身80gを頼みましたが、丁寧に目の前で焼いてくださいました！
とても美味しかったですし、店主の日野上さんの人柄が大変よく、ご夫婦のやりとりもほっこりで素敵でした。
海外の方も沢山来られているようです！
80gでも美味しさと量でしっかり満足度できました！美味しかったです！！
ランチにはご飯とお味噌汁もついてきました。
最後はお店の外までお見送り頂いたりと、本当に素敵なお店でした。
