Highly recommend this lovely restaurant and the delicious Kobe beef. Chef Hiroshi Hinokami was wonderful as we watched him prepare our meal. We also enjoyed him teaching us the different beef accompaniments that enhance the flavor of each bite. If we are ever back in Kobe we definitely will be returning.
