Next, I had Guérande salt (it's delicious, I love it).
Then I added wasabi, meat miso, soy sauce, and steak sauce.
I ate it in any combination I liked.
They served it in two portions.
The way it was cut was different, and the texture was different.
It was truly a delight.
The rice was also cooked to perfection.
With the meat miso, I could eat as much as I wanted.
