後で息子に感想を聞くと肉のみの味と塩だけの味が一番美味しかったとのことで、あんなに美味しいお肉は初めてで忘れられない味となったようです。
とても低予算での注文でしたが、店主の配慮で予算以上に神戸牛の醍醐味を味合わせて頂くことができ、記憶に残る最高の旅の思い出となりました。
