There is Kobe beef; and there is THE Kobe Beef. We made our way down to find Chef Hiroshi Hinokami in Miyagi Kitanozaka, Kobe. One hour bus journey later, we were not disappointed. The tenderest, juiciest, softest Kobe beef cuts that I had in my life. Chef Hiroshi was very welcoming and was the key instrument for our super wonderful delicious meal! Sugoi, Oishi and delicious just isn’t enough! Super super!
