友人4人と神戸旅行中にランチコースを予約して伺いました。予約時間よりだいぶ早く着いてしまいましたが、快く迎えて下さいました。
高級感のある雰囲気に少々緊張してしまいましたが、シェフの日野上さんとその奥様の気さくなお人柄、楽しいトークにすっかり緊張もほぐれました。
目の前の鉄板で焼かれた初めて食べる神戸牛の美味しさにみんな感動！添えられたわさびがさらに美味しさを引き立てます。神戸牛のたたき、炙り寿司と、どれも美味しかったですが、個人的にはビーフシチューがとても美味しいかったです！
店内も清潔感があり、最後はお店の外までお見送りして頂いて、最初から最後まで気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。
楽しかった神戸旅行の良い思い出の１日となりました。
また神戸に行く機会がありましたら是非伺いたいです。ご馳走様でした。

My four friends and I made a reservation for a lunch course during our trip to Kobe. We arrived quite a bit earlier than our reservation time, but they welcomed us warmly.

We were all impressed by the deliciousness of the Kobe beef, which we were trying for the first time, grilled right in front of us on the teppanyaki grill! The accompanying wasabi further enhanced the flavor. The Kobe beef tataki and seared sushi were all delicious, but personally, I thought the beef stew was especially good!
The restaurant was very clean, and they even saw us off outside at the end, making our experience pleasant from start to finish.
It was a wonderful day and a great memory of our enjoyable trip to Kobe.
