A small intimate restaurant with AMAZING kobe beef and great service. We went to Kobe Beef Miyabi on a Thursday, just a bit after most places stopped lunch service at 3pm. They were able to accommodate us and another group.
We opted to get the kobe beef sirloin and it was one of the BEST things I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was melt in your mouth tender. All the other sides were great with it as well.
Chef Hiroshi was amazing. He was very attentive, explained the food and did great cooking it. He didnt ask us for preferred temperatures or anything—just knew how to make the steak perfect.
The place from the outside is a bit unassuming, and the signs may seem a bit tourist focused, but I highly recommend going here if you’re looking for an upscale kobe beef experience.
