4月28日のお昼にお伺いしました。
大阪・神戸旅行で、せっかく神戸に行くなら
一度は食べたいと思っていた神戸牛。
食べなきゃ帰れない……と思ってお店を探していたところ、神戸牛のみを取り扱うこちらのお店へ！
シェフの日野上さんが目の前の鉄板で焼いてくだりました。
初めていただいた神戸牛でしたが、もう、もう最高すぎました！！！
味が絶品なのはもちろんのこと、日野上さんとたくさんお話しして、お肉の歴史など色々教えていただきとても楽しかったです。
本当に人柄が良い方で素敵でした。
初めての神戸牛🤘🏻人生最高のお肉でした……！
また、日野上さんに焼いていただき、最高の思い出になりました。
また神戸に来た際は、必ず寄りたいお店です☺️

I couldn't leave without trying it...so I was looking for a restaurant and came across this place that only serves Kobe beef!
Chef Hinokami grilled it on a hot plate right in front of me.
It was my first time eating Kobe beef, and it was absolutely amazing!!!
Not only was it exquisite, but I also had a great time talking with Hinokami, who taught me all about the history of the meat.
He was such a kind and wonderful person.
