念願の、神戸牛みやび北野坂店さんに来店させて頂きました。初めてこちらのお店を知ったのは２年ほど前、ユーチューバーのジェホTVさんの動画で見て、あまりにも美味しそうで是非行きたいと。その時、神戸旅行の予定があったので予約をしようと思いましたがその日は予約がいっぱいで姉妹店の方に行かせて頂きました。もちろんすごく美味しかったのですが、またいつか神戸に行った時には北野坂店さんに行きたいと思っていて、念願叶い親子３人で行かせて頂きました。焼き加減もさすがプロ！お肉の美味しさは今思い出しても美味しい。ご好意で出して頂いた脂の部分も美味しかったー!日野上シェフのお人柄も素晴らしく、神戸牛の事、焼き加減の事、色んな事をお話下さったり。最初はお肉、神戸牛の証、ぬいぐるみは写真が撮れる様に私達に向かって置いて下さってました。私達が撮り終わると、それを全て反対に向け、一緒に私達が写れるようにと写真を撮ってくれました。このお心遣い感激しました。最後の方で他のお客様がいらしたので別室でお肉を焼かれており、お店を出る時にお礼を言いたかったけど無理だな〜と会計を済ませて出たところ、シェフが慌ててお店の外に出てきてくれ、一緒に写真を撮ってくださいました。なんてあったかい人なんだろうと改めて感激しました。
初めは、鉄板焼緊張するな〜と思っていましたが、こんなに美味しいものを胸いっぱいな思い出にさせてもらえて。神戸牛のお店は沢山ありましたが、本当にみやびさんに行かせてもらって良かったと思っています。
また家族が集合した時には行かせてもらいますね!

I finally got to visit Kobe Beef Miyabi Kitanozaka Branch. I first heard about this restaurant about two years ago, in a video by YouTuber Jeho TV. It looked so delicious, I really wanted to go. I had plans to visit Kobe at the time, so I tried to make a reservation, but it was fully booked that day, so I went to their sister restaurant. Of course, the food was delicious, but I had always wanted to visit the Kitanozaka Branch the next time I visited Kobe, so my wish came true and I was able to go there with my family. The cooking was professional, as expected! The meat was so delicious, even now I remember it. The fat they kindly served us was delicious! Chef Hinogami was also a wonderful person, and he talked to us about Kobe beef, cooking it to perfection, and many other things. At first, they placed the meat, the Kobe Beef token, and the stuffed animal facing us so we could take photos. When we were done, they turned them all around so we could all be in the photo. We were so touched by this thoughtfulness. As other customers arrived towards the end of the meal, the meat was grilled in a separate room. I wanted to say thank you as I was leaving, but thought it would be impossible, so I paid the bill and left. The chef hurried outside the restaurant and took a photo with me. I was once again touched by how warm-hearted he was.
At first, I was a little nervous about eating teppanyaki, but I was treated to such delicious food and it was a heart-warming memory. There are many Kobe beef restaurants, but I'm really glad I went to Miyabi.
