Chefs are very friendly. Servers are very kind as well. The Kobe beef tastes great, though at the end it will be a bit greasy to make you feel full quite fast.
We entered the restaurant from the river bank side - the door needs to slide, rather than push or pull.
The prices may look a bit daunting, but I think the quality and service justify it.
