Chef Sarala delivered an outstanding teppanyaki experience. The Kobe beef was perfectly cooked—tender, richly flavored, and expertly seared. The prawns and scallops were equally impressive, fresh and succulent with just the right balance of seasoning to let their natural sweetness shine. Beyond the food, Chef Sarala’s skill, precision, and warm presence made the entire experience memorable. A truly exceptional meal and a chef I would highly recommend.
