This was one of the best meals I’ve had on my trip to Japan specifically thanks to my chef Sarala, she was very informative, her recommendations for the Kobe beef pairings were perfect I never would have guessed them myself. She also cooked it perfectly. Such an amazing experience… the staff was so pleasant the quality of the food was impeccable. Thank you so much to the restaurant and Sarala for an unforgettable experience!
