First and foremost big shoutout to Isabela!First time experiencing proper kobe beef and wow what an experience!! As a professionally trained chef in classic French cuisine, I would like to think I know my way around meat. The way the food presented, cooked and executed was close to perfect. Everything from the meat, sides and service was delightful. 10/10 would recommend! And if English speaking, ask for Isabela!
