Very good service. Chef H. Kawaguchi explained the different parts of the cow and recommended their no. 1 beef cut - the sirloin. Beef was very well cooked to medium rare. We also ordered the set with garlic fried rice. My daughter said she had the BEST FRIED RICE EVER!🤩
Atmosphere was great, as we get to see our beef being cooked right in front of us.
