Not worth the price. I‘ve had three times Wagyu Beef in Japan and one of them was here. As this one is Kobe Beef (by far the priciest of the three visits) I had high expectations - which, unfortunately, were not met. I had a tender kobe beef (300gr) for approximately 17‘000 JPY, medium rare. The first slices I received were still cold in the middle and tastewise not like „melting in your mouth“ as it is normally the case with wagyu beef. A disappointment.
