Lovely experience at Christmas Night. Ryo and Sonn were very kind and made a great meat for dinner and the possible to make us comfortable. I am celiac and they were checking all ingredients and cleaning the board to make sure it was all safe (didn’t had the garlic and miso and brought my own soy sauce) - in the end a great night with amazing beef
