Went there for a celebration. It was the worst.
Service
No welcome at all. Cold.
The hospitality was not what you'd expect from a high-end restaurant.
I was speaking in Japanese the whole time, but the owner/manager explained the menu to me in awkward, condescending English, like he was talking to a foreign tourist.
It was disappointing that they didn't display the items they were selling on the menu in advance, and made me feel like I couldn't quit even if I wanted to by verbal explanation.
There was a child sitting next to me, and the parent's wine glass fell over and spilled on the hot plate, but they didn't even clean it up, just wiped it up.
At this point, I had no appetite!
They decided to grill my meat on the hot plate as it was.
The worst. What if that person had a disease?
They could have cleaned it up properly or moved it to another place.
I would have preferred a local yakiniku restaurant instead of paying 12,000 for this.
It's just disappointing. I'll never go again!
