My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere at this location is upscale and classy. All of the employees were respectful, kind, and helpful. Not everyone spoke great English but did a wonderful job communicating nonetheless. We never felt the need to use "Google translator." If you haven't been to a restaurant like this before I'll give a quick breakdown. You pick your protein option (Kobe beef) and "sides" separately. We picked the silver option and each got the garlic rice set. In the sets you get the soup and salad along with your pick of rice, garlic rice, or a different option. There are also a la carte options as well as upgrade options. The food is on the pricey side but it was well worth it.
Our chef was T. Onoue, and he was fabulous! Wonderful preparation and presentation of our meal. He let us know what he was preparing and serving to us. Also note that your meal comes with a mushroom soup (this might change depending on the season?). You can't go wrong at this location, we truly had a wonderful time.
