Somm was our chef and explained how their menu worked and recommended to us how to combine each piece of meat with Garlic, Salt, Wasabi, Soy Sauce and Ponzu Sauce.
The meats were all prepared to our liking and Scallops were delicious. We were also served vegetables steamed in a bag with cream sauce that was tasty as well.
They allowed us to take pictures and video, which was nice.
