Trying Kobe beef was on my husband's honeymoon bucket list. I was nervous to try as I'm not a fan of rare or pink meat and thought that was how you needed to eat it. Our Chef Sarala was wonderful and cooked it well done for me at my request. It was absolutely delicious, melt-in-the-mouth and had a rich buttery aftertaste that lingered long after our meal. We paired the beef with fresh vegetables and garlic rice, which was also exceptional. Highly recommend!
