This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years, and I have absolutely no intention of ever coming back.
I left seriously questioning whether the meat served was even genuine Kobe beef. Even if it was, nothing about the quality or presentation came close to justifying the absurdly inflated price. It felt like paying an outrageous amount of money for a deeply underwhelming meal. If it wasn’t genuine, then the whole experience felt even more disgraceful.
What made it even worse was the staff. The chef was cold, arrogant, and completely devoid of the pride or professionalism you would expect from someone handling premium beef. The female staff member was just as unpleasant and dismissive, to the point that it felt as though customers were an inconvenience rather than guests.
For a restaurant charging this much, the level of service was frankly insulting. There was no warmth, no courtesy, no attentiveness, and absolutely no sense of hospitality.
In the end, the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all a massive disappointment. It was a complete waste of both time and money, and nothing about this experience deserves to be recommended.
