The Kobe beef was simply perfect incredibly tender, juicy, and full of rich, unforgettable flavor that melts in your mouth. You can immediately tell that only the highest quality ingredients are used. The preparation is done with great precision and passion.
A special highlight was the chef, Mr. Ishikawa, who prepared the meat right in front of us. He was very friendly and kind, and his warm personality made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
