久々に神戸牛が食べたくなり、県外からランチでお伺いしました。
初めて伺うので、お店の名前のついたコース（8000円）でお願いしました。
料理には非常に満足致しました！
特に焼きしゃぶが個人的には気に入りましたし、かなりの脂をサッパリさせてくれるナムルやキムチ等も美味しく、嫁共々、最後まで美味しく頂きました。
接客で特に感心したのが、一番若い男性店員が私達のテーブルの食の進み具合を逐一確認、皿を下げるのも徹底していた所。感心しました。
愛想も良く、まだまだ若いながらの辿々しさはありましたが、頑張った感が伝わり、好感を持てました。
その中で星を一つ減らしたのは、以下の事が気になったから。
・2人で予約していたのですが、運ばれてきた料理が一皿に盛り付けられており、こちらが聞かないと2人前です、と聞かないと教えてくれなかった事。夫婦なので気にはしませんが、やはりコース料理なので1人分ずつ盛り付けて欲しい。これは個人の我儘もあるので、星減らす要因ではありません。
・自分達がその日のランチ営業最後の客だったようですが、自分達が食べてる横で夜の営業に向けた皿の用意をガチャガチャとされた事。この時期に用意したまま何時間置くのもどうかと思いますし、客がまだ食べてるのに音立てて用意されると、はっきり言って早く帰れと言われてるようで不快です。用意してた唯一の女性店員が愛想も無くて、残念でした。これが星一つ減らさせて貰った理由になります。
全体的には満足でしたし、値段もリーズナブルに感じました。また機会があれば伺わせて頂くと思います！

As a couple, it didn't bother us, but since it was a course meal, I would have preferred it to be served individually. This is partly my personal preference and not a reason to deduct a star.
- We seemed to be the last customers for lunch that day, but while we were eating, they were noisily preparing dishes for the evening service right next to us. Leaving the dishes prepared for hours at this time of year is questionable, and having them prepare dishes noisily while customers are still eating feels like they're telling us to leave, which is unpleasant. The only female staff member preparing the dishes was unfriendly, which was disappointing. This is why I deducted one star.
Overall, I was satisfied, and the price seemed reasonable. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity!
