We got the deluxe set and loved the Kobe beef sampler and the sushi. Our absolute uncontested favorite from the sampler was the flap meat. Thick, juicy, tender, and flavorful. Our server Marina was very kind to us and taught us how to immersively enjoy the culture of Kobe beef. She cooked the meat perfectly and was kind and welcoming to us. She spoke to us in English and gave us a run-down of each dish we were experiencing. Super happy and satisfied with our first-ever tasting of Kobe beef.
