The day I wanted to go there, it was supposed to open at 11 but at 12 when I passed by, it still had the Japanese "in preparation" sign in front of it so I was a bit confused and didn't enter. Next day I still found the sign in front of the door but this time I saw people inside so I also entered. No wait at all.
I got the ramen set with wagyu sushi and the small don and the ramen is the most intense/rich/flavourful beef ramen I have eaten so far. Very filling also. Staff super friendly and when I went, I was the only tourist, all the rest were Japanese which is a good sign. The sushi was nothing mind-blowing (rather nose-blowing as I added to much wasabi) and I had expected the meat to be softer.
However, all in all, the ramen with the amazing broth and the very good value for money make it worth it and I will definitely go there again if I am in Kobe.
