6月母の誕生日でランチ全7品のコースを頂きました。
1品目の海鮮付きサラダプレートにハモが使用されており、正直驚きました。
高級食材とは言え、好き嫌いが大いに別れそうな魚をなぜ使用したのか。
それなら無難な鯛・マナガツオ・ノドグロ等を使用した方がまだ良かったのでは..?と。
申し訳ありませんが美味しく感じなかった為、ひと口だけ頂いて残しました。
そしてお肉の焼き加減を聞かれたのでミディアムとミディアムレアを注文しましたが、どちらも同じ焼き加減だった為聞く必要無いのではないでしょうか。
アフターティーもせめてホットかアイスか聞いて頂きたかったです。
(お肉を焼いているシェフが来店したお客様対応や裏に行く等の動きをし、鉄板から離れる事が多々あった為焼き加減を見逃してしまったのかなとも思えます。そこは他のスタッフが対応するなどの対策をしてはいかがでしょうか。)
とても期待して行った為余計に残念に感じました。
