I got the assorted triple skewers, it was honestly not that great. They have the plaque so it’s supposed to be real Kobe beef but I think a combination of suboptimal cuts of meat and improper cooking technique (I think mine were overcooked) meant an underwhelming experience. I get that it’s a stall for a lower price in comparison but I had better skewers from a stall in Takayama with Hida beef so I don’t think I’m asking for too much here for the price I paid (4200 yen)

Since it was already quite late, I noticed this place was still open and decided to order the premium skewers.
