I was looking for an exceptional restaurant to experience something truly once-in-a-lifetime. I walked in around noon without a reservation and was warmly welcomed by Kawamura and his colleagues. A wonderful find: an attentive team, clear explanations, and thoughtful recommendations. I feel fortunate to have enjoyed a meal of such quality.

I had prime beef, and the chef, Hagi, was amazing. He kindly explained how to best enjoy food.
