First time trying Kobe Beef and it was great. Tried the 120g Sirloin meat as i am a big fan of entrecote. Chef Saira did a great job at serving us. The meat was cooked perfectly and she gave great suggestions and pairing options. She spoke english well and we had some nice conversations.
Only negative was quite a dirty mirror on the wall in front of us. But the rest was clean!
