We managed to avoid all the Kobe beef tourist traps and found this place. Great atmosphere, private chef, who not only cooks but also recommends how to be able to appreciate the beef best. We offered the premium sirloin and two other types of beef to compare - the sirloin is amazing in texture and taste. Definitely highly recommended!
