Today was the first time I ate true and authentic Kobe Beef and I was amazed by the service and quality of the food. The Kobe beef was perfectly cooked and par excellence. Our cook, Yashimoto-san, explained us every step of enjoying the dish and I appreciated it fully. Even though I came in without a reservation at lunchtime, I was still kindly offered a seat. Absolutely recommended to eat here if you're in Kobe!
