I was able to ask for half my steak 1/3rd medium well 1/3 medium and another 1/3 medium rare,
I will say conventional medium is better than American medium well (meat quality )
Medium = safe but you loose the butter after taste
Medium rare takes some getting used to at first but if you force yourself and utilize all the dipping sauces they offer you will notice a buttery taste you probably would never have noticed ,
You will not get sick from this meat so give it a try and your tastebuds may discover a meat after taste that has never been present in USA ,
It’s like a butter , trust me guys go for it! you only live once !
Next time I come over I may just try rare but I’m scared still hahah 🤩🧐
Also special piece of the day is Better than fillet (they cut the fat out anyways )
