We found this place using Google and it ended up being the best Kobe beef experience we’ve had! We made a reservation 15 mins before coming at 11am. Some of our group has had it before but we unanimously agreed it was the best tasting and friendly experience we’ve had.
The staff were very patient with us as we tried to understand the menu and how to order. They provided great recommendations for the beef set which was the sirloin and shirakabeguri sake. Both were amazing!
Takada-san was such a pro and spoke some English which was helpful. He spaced out how much beef we got and cubed them to ensure there was a sear on each side.
Takeda-San was friendly while focusing on his cooking, allowing us to enjoy our meal. He provided recommendations for pairings of the sauces and dips which were phenomenal. At the end of the meal, he showed us how to put the Kobe beef soup in the garlic fried rice with wasabi which blew our minds. Highly recommend!!
