Takada San was excellent in cooking & serving the meal. He timed it well so we didn’t run out of food— and also slowed down toward the end so our eating slowed— so we didn’t have Kobe beef getting cold on our plates. He also gave us some recommendations on trying the different seasonings & combining the wasabi, garlic, & shoyu. It was a thoroughly enjoyable meal & a wonderful experience (even for someone who doesn’t eat red meat very often.)
