This is the first time we tried authentic Kobe beef. We ordered 180g sirloin and 120g rare cut (varies based on the day), as well as one piece of beef sushi. We are very satisfied with the food. Our chef, Mr Yoshimoto, is very friendly, and excellent in explaining the process and suggesting ways to enjoy the meat.
