Yoshida-San was my chef, her meticulous skill and hospitality made for a superb dining experience. I chose the recommended Kobe Sirloin Steak accompanied by soup, salad, and rice. The steak was cooked to perfection and Yoshida-San guided me on the first few cuts on how to combine the flavors with the provided salt and sauces. With a friendly and engaging atmosphere, I highly encourage you try this restaurant if you’re seeking to savor Kobe Beef for the first time. Do not be surprised by the prices as the quality and attention dignify them.
