Yoshimoto-san is our chef of the day. He is skilled and very observant. He noticed that we are using spoons to cut the beef to feed our kid, thus he cut a small portion of beef into small dice and serve directly to our kid.
The restaurant is not very crowded during weekdays. The food is awesome! Premium beef is really juicy and can be differentiated apart from the non-premium option. We tried both to have a good comparison.
Love the place. We all enjoyed it.
