Had a great evening of delicious and well marbled Kobe beef. Many restaurants in the area but we were well greeted and welcomed by Chef Yoshida, who gave us a wonderful evening with his hospitality and demonstration of skills.
He also made good recommendations about beef and sake , and has a great sense of humour!
We left Kobe that evening with lovely memories!
