We went into the restaurant at lunch time without any reservation, were greeted very friendly and immediately got a seat for two.
After taking a seat, our chef (Yoshida) asked if we could understand Japanese, which we couldn’t, and we got nice recommendations in the menu. Following his recommendation, we also chose the lunch offer, which started with a fantastic salat upfront. With the Kobe beef we also got rice and soup.
The beef and fresh vegetables were cooked right in front and personally for us which was a very nice experience and everything tasted great. During the entire lunch, our chef guided us and made great recommendations on how to enjoy the meal with different sauces and toppings. We also chose two different beef variants and he asked us if we want to share them equally, what we did.
All in all his service was very attentive but not intrusive and we were very pleased with the entire experience.
