An amazing teppanyaki experience! Very intimate restaurant with extremely welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Yoshida was our chef and he took care of us so well. He very kindly explained all the different cuts and guided us in choosing the best options based on our taste and how much we can eat. He did an incredible job of cooking our cuts of meat and all the vegetables and gave us recommendations on which sauces to use for each. Absolutely recommend coming to Kobe Beef Koujyu if you want an authentic teppanyaki experience in a warm and welcoming environment. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Kobe!
