I took recommended kobe beef and it was great. Chef Saira was very helpful and welcoming, even more important she prepared the meat perfect. She recommended medium rare and then gave me instructions for the toppings and it made the taste even more distinct. The restaurant is not cheap but it have daily kobe meat delivery and a great service. You may be surprised (just like me 😜) that meat is not prepared by japanese chef but once again Chef Saira is an experienced cook and made the meal even more enjoyable 😋

The food and the service are both superb. The place is just small and yet, there is a part of the restaurant that is closed. Chef Sugi cooked the beef for us. We even had a picture with her before she cooks the beef. Chef Saira is a good communicator. All in all, i would recommend this place for kobe beef. Chef Sugi cooked the beef meticulously. The price is expected to be expensive.
