We went on a weekday for lunch and was the only group around. The food was great. We loved the Kobe beef, enjoyed all the sauces and condiments (my mom and I personally enjoyed the miso mixed one the most). Salad had a crunchy texture and was really refreshing. Chef Hiroshi Hinokami was great overall. I'd say he's quite performative with the fire ablazing and cracked some jokes too. Though certain times he looked kind of tired/serious when cooking, but I still enjoyed watching him cook with such precision. He also entertained our requests for more sauces very kindly and friendly. I also enjoyed watching him clean the teppanyaki grill. Also, I enjoyed the fact that the other staff also enjoyed watching Chef Hiroshi Hinokami cook and perform. The other staff were very friendly and smiling all the time too. After the meal, he gave us all warm hugs and small gift bags with treats. Note: We couldn't speak Japanese, used some body language, single words, and some Google translate and everything went well.
